Honest questions
- Do you take the payments?
- No. Guests pay you at the table or the till, as always — Garso only relays the order to the kitchen. We never hold money and take no commission.
- Do you collect my guests’ data?
- No. Orders are written against a table, not a person; we never ask guests for a name, phone number or account. Menus run without cookies.
- Does my menu vanish when the trial ends?
- No. It stays online for 7 more days; if you don’t renew, the menu goes offline but nothing is deleted — renew and it’s back at the same address.
- What about slow connections?
- Menus are lightweight and templates are pure CSS. If an order can’t be sent, the guest sees a clear message — nothing fails silently.
